Projects Completed

A pin says where, not what it looks like. The photo gallery has the buildings themselves.
Want more than a pin? One of these, a barn in Athol, is photographed stage by stage from the post frame going up to the finished building.
Some of our Idaho projects
North Idaho is home ground. Our shop sits on Government Way in Hayden, a few minutes from Coeur d'Alene, so the Idaho panhandle is the area our crews reach most often: Post Falls and Rathdrum to the west, Spirit Lake and Priest River north of the lake, and up through Sandpoint to Bonners Ferry. Because we hold a public works license, we have also built under contract for public bodies in the area, including the City of Coeur d'Alene and the Idaho Parks and Recreation Department. Working here routinely means we know the county building departments and what each one expects to see on a submittal.

Some of our Washington projects
Spokane and Spokane Valley are a short run west of the shop, and Eastern Washington has been part of our service area for as long as we have been building. Whether the project is a residential garage, a shop, or a commercial pole building, the process is the same one we run in Idaho: we coordinate the stamped engineering, pull the permit for your jurisdiction, then schedule materials and a crew start date.

Some of our Montana projects
Western Montana is the far end of our range, and we build there regularly, Missoula and Kalispell in particular. Projects at this distance are worth a conversation early: tell us the site and what you want to put on it, and we will tell you straight away whether we can reach it and what that means for the schedule.

We travel. Our crews have put up buildings as far west as Cashmere, Washington and as far east as Trout Creek, Montana. Tell us where your site is and what you want on it: call 866-557-SHOP (7467) and we will tell you straight away whether we can reach it.
What we build across the region
The same range of buildings is available anywhere in the service area. Post frame is the most cost-effective way to cover a large clear span, all-steel suits buildings that need maximum durability, and conventional stick-frame is the right answer when the building contains finished living space. Which one fits is a conversation we have before anything is priced.
Barndominiums/Residential
Our specialty. Barndominiums that put finished living space and shop bays under one roof, plus boathouses and other residential structures.

See Commercial →Every project follows the same route regardless of which state the site is in: design and engineering, then the county permitting process, then materials and a crew start date. The FAQ sets out the timings and the payment schedule in full.
