Building in Post Falls
Post Falls is close to home. Our shop is in Dalton Gardens, a few miles east, and the prairie running north from Post Falls through Hauser and Rathdrum is some of the ground we build on most: shops and garages, barndominiums and riding arenas.
We have built for the City of Post Falls under our public works license, as well as for homeowners and businesses across Kootenai County. Working here routinely means we know what the county and the city each expect to see on a submittal.

Pole barns, shops and garages
The Rathdrum Prairie is flat, open ground, which is exactly what a pole barn wants: long clear spans, tall overhead doors and room to add a lean-to later. The shop and the riding arena below are both in Rathdrum, a few miles north of Post Falls.

Barndominiums in Post Falls
Two of the barndominiums in our photo library stand in Rathdrum, and both are shown below. Each puts finished living space and shop bays under one post-frame roof, which on a prairie lot means one building, one foundation and one driveway instead of a house with a separate shop behind it.

How a Post Falls project runs
Every job begins with a free on-site review, where we check the site, the access and the setbacks. From there we coordinate the stamped engineering, handle the permit with Kootenai County or the City of Post Falls, and set a material delivery and a crew start date.
