Building in Sandpoint

Sandpoint is a regular run for our crews. We have built in town and all around it: across the Long Bridge in Sagle, down Highway 95 through Cocolalla and Careywood, and out to Clark Fork, Naples and Priest River. Our shop is in Dalton Gardens, just north of Coeur d'Alene on the same highway.

We have also built for public bodies up here, including the City of Sandpoint's parks department and the Kootenai-Ponderay Sewer District. We hold a public works license, and working in Bonner County routinely means we know what its building department expects to see on a submittal.

Pole barns, shops and garages

Plenty of properties around Sandpoint need somewhere dry to keep a boat, a motor-home or equipment through a Bonner County winter, and a pole barn is the most economical way to get it: treated posts set in the ground carry engineered trusses, so the floor stays open wall to wall. Barndominiums in Sandpoint

Barndominiums are our specialty, and they suit acreage outside Sandpoint well. One building gives you a finished home at one end and shop or garage bays at the other, under a single roof and on a single foundation. Because it is a dwelling, it goes through residential permitting like any other home, and we run that alongside the engineering.

It starts with a free on-site review. We look at your site, your access and your setbacks, then coordinate the stamped engineering, pull the permit with Bonner County or the City of Sandpoint depending on where the site sits, and schedule materials and a crew start date.
